Customers acknowledge and accept that, except as explicitly stated in these terms and conditions, OutInspire ApS cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss arising from: (A) the customer's incorrect handling of The Cooker due to either a misunderstanding or neglect of the provided handling instructions; (B) the customer's incorrect use of The Cooker, including but not limited to inappropriate placement, insulation, or connection; (C) any limitations in The Cooker's functionalities caused by external products and services. OutInspire ApS does not recommend, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for third-party products or services. The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of any third-party products or services.
